We were making our Easter basket wish lists, when the new Dean & Deluca catalog came across our desks. (Coincidence?)
Everything looked tasty, but when we read the product description for the Blushing Berry Truffles, we stopped in our tracks.
"Handmade by the chocolatiers at Valerie Confections in Los Angeles, these we-can't- stop-eating-them truffles are made by combining fresh raspberries, rhubarb, rose petals and Chambord with a smooth chocolate ganache, then hand cutting the mixture into squares, dipping each piece into bittersweet chocolate, and dusting them with dried raspberries."
